Here you can see the special guides giving instructions to the Red Carpet Tours staff.
Bingo: No, no, that's not the Three Farthing Stone. That's the new Bywater Recycling Center. You'll want to take the road north here, and once you're in Hobbiton, Bagshot Row will be the first well marked left turn . . .
Sam: You'd best listen to Mr. Bingo for he has a way with maps. Even if Mr. Jackson, Ms. Walsh, and Ms. Boyens made it look like Bingo. . .er . . . Mr. Frodo don't know naught about directions. Because he does, and no mistake.
